................................$After reviewing the menu at Boykivsʹka Hostyna, I found it to be a great reflection of traditional Boyko cuisine, with plenty of authentic flavors and regional specialties. The selection feels carefully curated, starting with the Degustation Set of Nalivkas, which offers a memorable introduction to local drinks. Classic dishes such as Sup Polonynskyi Po-Mizhhirskyi and Pidbyvanyi Borshch Z Boberky bring comforting homemade flavors, while the Knysh adds a satisfying touch of rustic baking. Moreover, the Varenyky with potatoes and cabbage and the Tertiukhy showcase the restaurant’s commitment to preserving traditional recipes.
The menu also shines through its hearty side dishes and appetizers. Deruny with mushroom gravy are rich and flavorful, especially when paired with Bili Hryby. Meanwhile, Salo Po-Boikivsky, homemade pickles, and herring with onion prepared in the Ternavskyi style create an excellent combination of textures and tastes. To complete the experience, the herbal tea provides a warm and refreshing finish. Overall, the menu delivers an authentic taste of the Ukrainian Carpathian region, making Boykivsʹka Hostyna a rewarding choice for anyone seeking traditional food served with character and local charm.
